Generating Institute Fee and Hostel Fee Challan



The fee can be paid by two modes: Cash or DD

For those who are paying through DD
Institute fee  DD is to be made in the name of "Registrar MNIT Jaipur"
And Hostel fee DD is to be made in the name o "MNIT Mess Council". 


The last date for generation of fee challan:
Institute Fee Challan: 15-01-2016
Hostel Fee Challan : 14-01-2016
The last dates for fee payment at any ICICI bank:
Institute Fee : 04-01-2016
Hostel Fee : 09-01-2016
  
For depositing the fee in the branch, you need to generate the challan on ERP.

Logon to https://mniterp.org/mniterp/

                       
click on Student
and then with your ERP username and password


1) Go to My Activities






2) Select My Challans and then Fee Challan(for Institute fee) or Hostel fee (for Hostel fee)



3) Click on the small rectangular icon.



4) Select your semester.


5) Tick the check box "I have read the document"



6) Write cash(if you intend to pay by cash) or DD no.(after having made the DD) and date. Click on Create Challan.


7) Now, click on the refresh icon. Your latest challan will now be displayed.


8) Now, click on down arrow and then Select "Print Challan"


In the next window, select the currency INR (for Indian students) and FC (for international students)

Print the challan and then visit any ICICI bank all over India with Cash or DD.
After depositing the fee, the soft copy of the challan has to be uploaded.
Make sure that you collect your transaction ID from the bank.
The Hostel fee challan can also be generated by following the same steps.

[UPDATED] Hostel Fee Updates- 2015-16 (Even Semester)


Update : The Challan window is live now !


The hostel fee will be collected from 21st December,2015 to 9th January,2016(The ERP window will open soon ). Beyond this, a late fine of Rs.5000 shall be charged.
The fee will be collected by three modes:
1) DD of any centralised bank(deposited through challan in favour of "MNIT Mess Council")
2) Cash (deposited through challan)
3) Internet Banking (through SBI Collect)- Click here for detailed procedure(Not available now)

In its next step to implement E-governance, MNIT has introduced the ERP for MNIT Mess Council as well.

Rules/Guidelines for Availing Mess Off... 
1. The Request should be submitted atleast 3 days in advance. 
2. Mess Off shall be for minimum 5 days. 
3. Mess Off is admissible only for following reasons...Institute Activity (Proof to be attached), Hospitalization (Proof to be attached), Semester Break etc... 

Note: After approval by the competent authority, the status will be updated online.

[PROBLEM RESOLVED] Uploading of the Institute Fee Challan


It is mandatory to upload a scanned copy of the Institute Fee Challan and fill in your transaction ID before Semester Registration.

What you need:

Example:
  • Transaction Id (The circled portion in your respective challan)
Note: If you have paid by demand draft, make sure you get the transaction ID filled after two days(or ask the bank official) as it takes time to get the DD processed


Login to your ERP account
Go to My Activities >>>My Challans>>>Institute Fee


Click on the Pencil icon of your latest Challan


Fill in the Transaction ID and choose the file using "Choose File".[DASA students must fill the foreign currency in FC column, otherwise leave it]Click on Update. And you are done with !

Hostel Fee Payment Procedure through SBI Collect



1)Logon to your MNIT ERP account by visiting www.mniterp.org 
           Go to "My Activities" tab and select "My Challans"


 2) Select "Hostel Fee(2015-16)". If you don't see this option, drop a mail to hosteloffice@mnit.ac.in and mniterp@mnit.ac.in

 3) Now, click on the rectangular icon at the top right corner(as shown by arrow).
 4) Select your semester in the drop- down menu. Now choose your payment option. Write cash or DD as applicable and date. Then Click on "Generate challan"

 5) Now use the refresh button to show the entry.
 6)Click on the arrow button and select "Payment Options"
 7) Select the option "Pay through SBI Collect"

 8) Tick the check box and proceed. Now fill up the details as shown in the pics.



 9) Enter Student ID in capital letters.If you get an error, drop a mail to hosteloffice@mnit.ac.in and mniterp@mnit.ac.in
 10) Fill up your details. These may be required later  for printing the e-Receipt.

 10) Select the Payment option. Payment through Internet Banking is cheaper. Select the desired option and proceed to the payment gateway.
 However, if you wish to pay by cash/cheque, you may select the last option "SBI Branch"(A processing fee of Rs.57 will be charged)
 Download the challan( for cash/cheque payments only )
 This is the sample challan for offline payment at any SBI Branch.

[URGENT] Update your profile section on ERP



According to a recent notification, the profile section on ERP needs to be updated by the individual latest by 20th May,2015. A mail has also been sent in this regard.
Check out the notice

Step 1: 
Login to your ERP account.

Step 2:
Switch to "Profile" tab and click on Edit.

 Step 3:
Update the information in the form which comes up .( Mainly phone number and Bank account number ). You may also upload your recent photograph if you wish.
Finally, click on Update.

Fill up your Hostel Willingness Form on ERP


It has been mandated by the DSW to fill up the Hostel Willingness Form if wish for Hostel Allotment in the academic session 2015-16. 
You won't get the allotment without filling it up. 
Please follow the steps and share the information among your friends.
Update 3:
After willingness they will receive e-mail of hostel allotment, thereafter they shall be able to deposit the fee. Students are warned that they may not deposit cash in any branch of SBI without generating challan. They may have to made payment through Cash/DD after generating challan at any branch of SBI. Fee may be paid through Internet Banking in favour of "MNIT Mess Council" through State Bank of India (SBI), you have to make payment through SBI Collect www.onlinesbi.com. Students are required to deposit hostel fee mess advance of Rs. 23,500/- w.e.f. 25/05/2015 to 25/06/2015. After due date late fee of Rs. 5,000/- shall be charged up to 01/0712015. Step 1: 
Logon to : www.mniterp.org
Click on "Student Login"



Step 2:
Enter inforrmation in the dialog box




 Step 3:
Fill up your login information and captcha.




 Step 4:
Select "My Activities" tab and click on "Hostel Willingness"  option



Step 5:
Create a new entry (watch out for arrow in the pic)
A form is displayed on the right side.
Just click on Save and you are done.
A new entry now appears !
